The Baby Sleep Expert: Dr Brian Symon

The Cub Baby Sleep program is not something that has been created in a void, instead it is founded upon the life work and research of Dr Brian Symon. It is an “evidence based” program meaning that there is research evidence that it works.

After more than 40 years of experience working with over 10,000 parents and babies experiencing problems of sleep, feeding, growth and behaviour, and completing a PhD along with various research studies in infant sleep, Dr Brian Symon has come to be known as the BabySleep Doctor.

His program aims to ensure that women and families experience the joy of parenting and attain a life balance, whereby there is an appropriate allocation of time for the baby, other children, partner and sleep.
