Cub’s aims

Our aim is to promote infant and family well being. We strive to help mothers enjoy being mothers. This joy then flows to every member of the family.

Babies have few demands of us as parents. “Make sure that I’m never hungry, make sure that I do not get over-tired and love me all the time.”

Loving babies who sleep is effortless.

The techniques which we teach assist a baby to learn ‘sleep skills’ as early in life as possible.

If begun from day one they are incredibly gentle and result in calm, cheerful babies who clearly love life.

Babies whom we support do not cry nearly as much as other children who may be tired and hungry.

This teaching is evidence and experience based.

A fundamental aim is achieving approximately 12 hours of night sleep by 12 weeks of age.
